How SES Partnered with Monday Merch to Launch a Global Style Store
SES partnered with Monday Merch to launch a global Style Store, featuring their refreshed brand with seamless logistics and high-quality merchandise.

Louise Scott
Director of Corporate Marketing
When a company rebrands, every detail matters, including the merchandise people use and wear everyday. After merging with US-based Intelsat, SES faced a challenge familiar to many global organisations: how do you make thousands of newly joined employees across dozens of countries feel part of the same story?
The answer, for Louise Scott, Director of Corporate Marketing at SES, was to turn branded merchandise into a shared experience. SES partnered with Monday Merch to build the Style Store, a global, on-brand platform that brought their freshly unified identity to life, from a purple hoodie in Luxembourg to a polo shirt in Brazil.

About SES
SES is a Luxembourgish communications satellite operator providing video and data connectivity to industry sectors across the globe, including government, media, mobile network operators, and internet service providers. Following its merger with US-based Intelsat, SES embarked on a full rebrand to unify its expanded global workforce and present a single, cohesive identity to the world.
The Challenge: Unifying a Fragmented Global Brand
Before the Style Store, SES operated in a fragmented way when it came to branded merchandise. Departments across its 53 global offices were procuring items independently, with no consistent standard for quality or brand alignment.
As Louise put it, the key question became: how do we make sure we have quality assurance?
With a full rebrand underway post-merger, SES needed more than a supplier. They needed a partner who could consolidate everything into one trusted, scalable system.
The goals were clear:
Showcase the new, unified SES brand identity across all merchandise
Offer a mix of stylish and practical products for employees and external partners
Deliver reliably to all 53 offices worldwide
Handle both individual orders and large group orders without friction
The tender process began in November 2024. After a competitive selection, SES officially chose Monday Merch at the end of December 2024 to build and run the Style Store.

Building the Style Store: Our Approach
From day one, Monday Merch worked as a true partner. We joined product workshops alongside SES and their US-based creative agency, shaping a merchandise collection that felt true to the new SES identity.
A Collection Built Around the New Brand
The Style Store catalogue was designed to be both stylish and practical. The collection includes everyday apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, and polos), bomber jackets with interchangeable patches for a distinctive look, and useful tech items such as magnetic charging cables and accessories.
One item has already become iconic internally: the purple hoodie. For Louise, it carries real meaning. Purple is the colour SES has become. It sets them apart. That a hoodie could carry that weight speaks to how thoughtfully the collection was built.
A Premium Digital Store Experience
Monday Merch handled the entire store build from end to end, including the platform, brand integration, and the shopping experience itself. The result is a store that feels premium and fully aligned with SES's refreshed identity, open to both employees and external partners.
Global Logistics Without the Headaches
With 53 offices spread across the globe, logistics was never going to be simple. Monday Merch made it seamless by managing worldwide shipping for individual orders, setting up local production in India, Brazil, and the United States for bulk orders, and providing ongoing customer service and support. We also support SES with other internal B2C orders and group order stores, making Monday Merch a single point of contact for all their branded merchandise needs.

The Results: A Brand Employees Are Proud to Wear
The response across all 53 global offices has been overwhelmingly positive. Louise describes what she sees from people as very big smiles from ear to ear. The enthusiasm is palpable. Employees are so enthusiastic about wearing the brand that, as she puts it, you can hardly get them out of it.
For SES leadership, the Style Store has become more than a swag platform. It is a critical tool for reinforcing the post-merger rebrand, building a sense of shared identity across a newly unified global team, and giving both employees and external partners a tangible, consistent expression of what SES now stands for.
What SES Says About the Collaboration
Louise Scott sums up why the partnership works: Monday Merch are the experts, but they work with SES as partners. There were a lot of key components to bring together, and Monday Merch successfully brought them all to the table. The global expertise, the quality assurance, and the full-service approach meant that for the first time, SES had one trusted team managing everything.
Why This Project Matters
The Style Store is not just a swag solution. It is a unification tool. In the wake of a major international merger, it gave thousands of SES employees a shared symbol of belonging, a purple hoodie, a bomber jacket, a tech accessory, all carrying the same story. Branded swag, done right, does more than represent a logo. It creates pride, belonging, and connection across borders.
What Is Next: Phase 2 in 2026
Following the strong reception of the Style Store, SES and Monday Merch are moving forward with Phase 2, planned for January 2026. The next phase will expand the catalog with new products, continuing to build connections across the global SES community and keeping the brand experience fresh and engaging.
We are proud to be the partner SES trusted to turn a major rebrand into a global, tangible experience. This collaboration shows exactly what branded swag can do when strategy, design, and logistics all come together.
