Highlights
From our 2024-2025 report.
In February 2025, Monday Merch transitioned to its first Megacenter — a 25,000 m³ facility designed to support growth while improving operational efficiency. This move marks a fivefold increase in capacity compared to our previous warehouse.
Since the transition, electricity usage per cubic meter has dropped significantly, and our recycling rate remains strong at 80%. The Megacenter enables us to scale responsibly, with sustainability built into the core of our logistics and production operations.

Looking Ahead
In 2024 and early 2025, Monday Merch laid the groundwork for becoming a more sustainable, responsible, and quality-driven company. This report marks our first official sustainability report, a milestone that reflects not only our progress, but also our growing commitment to transparency and accountability.
While 2024 was the year we initiated many key actions, the bulk of our implementation, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification, emissions tracking development, and supplier due diligence, took place in early 2025. Therefore, this report covers the period from January 2024 to June 2025, covering our first phase of sustainability work.
We see this as a foundational stage: building systems, mapping risks, earning certifications, and starting to track the metrics that matter. As we move forward, we’ll shift from setup to integration, embedding sustainability into everyday decision-making and operations.
This report sets our baseline and gives a clear picture of where we started, what we’ve done so far, and how we’re preparing to move ahead with purpose and measurable impact.
We are proud of our progress, but clear-eyed about how far we still have to go. As we grow, we commit to staying honest, critical, and ambitious.
