Bitvavo, one of Europe's leading crypto exchanges, wanted to close 2024 in style: premium Christmas packs that would thank employees and external partners (influencers, exchange partners and community members), reflect Bitvavo's modern identity, and carry a real sense of quality and exclusivity. The deadline was tight: design, packaging and worldwide delivery all had to happen fast, without mistakes.
What we did
We designed the gifting experience to be simple, thoughtful and stress-free. To match Bitvavo's high-end image we curated a luxury selection: North Face backpacks, Pommery Champagne, and holiday cards with tissue paper.
Packaging carried the project: we created two festive yet professional gift box designs, where every detail, from wrapping to colors, represented Bitvavo's brand style. Then we handled the global distribution of 500 packs, making sure each gift reached employees and partners safely and on time.
