How Verne brought its global event merch under one partner
Verne runs events across Europe for a brand built on renewable energy. Since late 2024, Monday Merch has handled the sourcing, warehousing and fulfilment behind them.

Verne designs, builds and operates data centres for customers running AI and high-performance computing workloads. Its data centres in Iceland and Finland run on 100% renewable energy, with new sites in France and Norway on the way, and the company is headquartered in London.
Al Jenkins is a Revenue Operations Manager in Verne's marketing team, and "a large part of my role is running our global events," he says. Before Monday Merch, sourcing the merch for those events was "a really difficult process." Verne managed its merchandise through different providers, and the results showed it. "The quality was different. We couldn't guarantee the sustainability. We couldn't guarantee the delivery times."
For a company whose brand rests on low-carbon infrastructure, that inconsistency was hard to accept. Verne needed one partner who could take on the whole process and hold every item to the same standard.
What we did
We became Verne's single merch partner, with a dedicated consultant who knows the brand and manages sourcing, ordering, warehousing and fulfilment for Verne's events and teams in the UK, Finland and France.
Across around 70 custom product designs, the standout so far is an event activation built around custom bamboo sunglasses in RPET felt cases, supported by branded pens, reusable cups and lapel pins.

"Monday Merch just takes all that off our plates, and working with the dedicated consultant who knows our brand, who feels like they're part of our team, makes my life really easy."
The result
Verne now has one partner where it used to have several, and merch that meets the standard of the brand it represents. "When it comes to the quality, it reflects the brand that we're trying to build within Verne, and customers can see that," Al says.
For Al, the clearest sign it's working shows up after the event. "I love to see customers holding onto our merch, reusing it, talking about it, showing it to their marketing teams. That gives me a real sense of pride for working with Verne and Monday Merch."
