Rayon, known for its silk-like feel and high absorbency, can pose challenges for RGB printing. The material's high absorbency can lead to color bleeding, which can distort the final print. Furthermore, the heat often used in RGB printing can damage the delicate fibers of rayon.

Is RGB Printing on Rayon Advised?

Another alternative is direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which works well on rayon due to its ability to print detailed designs without causing damage to the fabric. Both of these methods offer a better balance of quality and fabric integrity when printing on rayon.
