Ik vond het vooral fijn dat alle producten op hun website er van hoge kwaliteit uitzagen en dat de sample merch pack die ik bestelde niet teleurstellend was. Ik vind het prettig dat ik me niet hoef bezig te houden met materiaalselectie en op hun kwaliteit kan rekenen. Het was vooral leuk om met Lily te werken, ze is professioneel, geduldig en begrijpt heel goed de tijdslimieten.
