Grazie Monday Merch - abbiamo avuto un'esperienza incredibile con la vostra azienda (cosa purtroppo troppo rara oggigiorno!). Avevamo urgentemente bisogno di 1000 gadget promozionali di alta qualità con un budget limitato e dopo aver chiesto un preventivo una sera, sono rimasto sorpreso di ricevere una chiamata personale la mattina seguente da Marlene - consulente Merch. Volevamo valutare diverse opzioni e siamo rimasti stupiti da quanto Marlene fosse amichevole, semplice e veloce nel rispondere a tutto. Tutto è stato veramente senza problemi e di alta qualità... e in realtà è arrivato PRIMA della nostra scadenza! Useremo sicuramente di nuovo Monday Merch. Marlene ha reso la nostra esperienza così facile - rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande con risposte pronte e proattive. Monday Merch mantiene chiaramente la promessa fatta ai clienti rispondendo molto rapidamente alle richieste con un manager dedicato. In generale, cambiamo fornitori o cerchiamo soluzioni diverse perché il processo di acquisto è reso così difficile, manca di funzionalità o si perde tempo a spiegare la propria situazione ad un altro manager al telefono. Monday Merch ha chiaramente compreso il concetto di 'servizio al cliente' e creato un'azienda che offre risultati. Quindi un enorme plauso a Monday Merch – non potrei raccomandarveli (e Marlene :)) più caldamente. CocoCoast e altri marchi che sosteniamo ordineranno sicuramente di nuovo nel prossimo futuro

Quality and personalized service Very easy, high quality and personalized service. It's great to have real people answering queries, and not AI :) Prices are sometimes a bit high but it's acceptable seen the service they provide.
