Queríamos ver una serie de opciones y nos asombró lo amable, sencillo y rápido que Marlene respondía a todo. Todo fue verdaderamente impecable y de alta calidad... ¡y de hecho llegó ANTES de nuestra fecha límite! Definitivamente utilizaremos Monday Merch de nuevo. Marlene hizo nuestra experiencia tan fácil - respondiendo todas nuestras preguntas con respuestas prontas y proactivas. Monday Merch claramente cumple con su promesa hacia el cliente respondiendo muy rápido a las consultas con un gerente dedicado. En general, cambiamos de proveedores o buscamos diferentes soluciones porque el proceso de compra es tan difícil, carece de funcionalidad o pierdes tiempo explicando tu situación a otro gerente en el teléfono. Monday Merch ha entendido claramente el concepto de 'servicio al cliente' y ha creado una empresa que cumple.
