Every brand manager, event planner and HR lead has had the same week. An event date confirmed later than it should have been. A campaign pulled forward. A VIP visit on the calendar before the gifting budget was signed off.
The useful question is not whether branded merch can be produced quickly. It is which products are genuinely fast and which are only described that way. Those are different lists, and the gap between them is where rushed programmes fail.
Everything below comes from one place: the Monday Merch catalogue filtered to a maximum production time of 8 business days. No estimates, no "subject to availability". If a product is on this list, its product page states that production time today.
How fast actually works
Two numbers decide your deadline and people routinely conflate them. Production time is how long it takes to manufacture and decorate the item. Shipping time is how long it then takes to reach your destination, and it changes by country: roughly 1 to 2 business days to the Netherlands, 2 to 3 to Germany and the UK, and 3 to 5 to the United States.
So an 8-day product delivered to the US is a 13-day commitment, not an 8-day one. Work backwards from the date the merch has to be in someone’s hands, not from the date you want production to start.
If this is a Christmas order, check our Christmas 2026 page before you shortlist anything. An eight-day product does not help if the seasonal cut-off has already passed, and that page carries the campaign-level dates.
Three things are worth knowing before you choose anything from the lists below.
Production starts after design approval, not when you ask for a quote. Free designs come back within 24 hours, but your own internal sign-off is time nobody else can budget for you. On a rushed programme it is almost always the stage that costs you the deadline, not the factory.
Most product pages offer an Express option, described as two days faster for a 10 per cent service fee. On a product already inside this list, that can be the difference between making a date and missing it.
In a mixed order, the slowest item sets the pace. One 8-day garment in a kit of 5-day products puts the whole kit on 8 days unless you are willing to ship in waves.
One caveat on the numbers. Production time can vary with the decoration method and the variant you choose, so a product listed here at 6 days may quote 8 with a different print option. Always confirm on the product page with your variant and destination selected.
Apparel
Branded clothing is the category everyone assumes is slow, and mostly it is. These nine are the exceptions. Note that almost all sit at exactly 8 business days, so apparel sets the floor for any mixed order it appears in.
Product | Production | Min. qty | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
8 days | 15 | High-volume events and giveaways | |
8 days | 15 | Year-round weight, not just winter | |
8 days | 15 | Oversized cut, forgiving across sizes | |
8 days | 15 | Staff uniform and trade-show teams | |
7 days | 15 | The single fastest garment in the catalogue | |
8 days | 15 | A warm layer without outerwear lead times | |
8 days | 15 | One size fits most, so no size run to collect | |
8 days | 15 | Structured headwear, digital transfer | |
8 days | 15 | Unlimited-colour embroidery, lifestyle look |
Basic T-Shirt

The page calls it "a blank canvas ready for your brand’s unique flair", which is marketing language for the thing that actually matters here: roughly 49 colourways. That is the widest colour range of any garment on this list, so matching an exact brand colour rarely requires a compromise.
Minimum 15 pieces. For a large event giveaway where the shirt is the vehicle for a design rather than the gift itself, this is the volume choice.
View Basic T-Shirt on Monday Merch
Lightweight Hoodie

The weight is the point. A heavyweight hoodie is a winter garment that sits in a drawer for eight months; a lightweight one gets worn across three seasons, which quietly triples the branded impressions you get per unit.
23 colourways, minimum 15 pieces. The sensible pick when the order is going to a mixed climate or you cannot predict when people will actually wear it.
View Lightweight Hoodie on Monday Merch
Relaxed Sweatshirt

The volume choice when the brief calls for something people will actually wear rather than something cheap to hand out. The oversized cut is forgiving across a wide range of bodies, which matters when you are ordering for a whole company and nobody can try anything on.
It also reads as something worn at home rather than as a uniform, which is the difference between a sweatshirt that gets used and one that does not.
View Relaxed Sweatshirt on Monday Merch
Classic Polo

Made from 50% recycled and 50% organic cotton, so the sustainability claim is in the fabric rather than in the description. 24 colourways, minimum 15.
A polo is the right call when the garment is working clothing rather than a gift: trade-show staff, hospitality teams, anyone who needs to be identifiable on a stand. It photographs as deliberate in a way a t-shirt does not.
View Classic Polo on Monday Merch
Softshell Jacket

At seven business days this is the only garment that beats the eight-day apparel floor, which makes it the one piece of clothing you can still add after everything else is locked.
It also solves a problem the rest of the list does not. A jacket reads as a substantial gift rather than a giveaway, so it carries a senior recipient or a long-service moment in a way a t-shirt cannot, and it does it on a timeline usually reserved for stickers.
View Softshell Jacket on Monday Merch
Basic Fleece Jacket

Proper outerwear runs to fifteen business days or more. A fleece gets you most of the warmth at eight, which is the entire reason it belongs on this list.
17 colourways, minimum 15. Best suited to outdoor teams, site visits and winter events where the garment has a job to do beyond carrying a logo.
View Basic Fleece Jacket on Monday Merch
Classic Beanie

The sizing problem is what actually makes apparel slow, and it is rarely the production line. Collecting 200 sizes takes longer than printing 200 garments.
A beanie removes that step entirely. One size fits virtually everyone, so you can order the moment the headcount is known rather than waiting on a sizing form. On a compressed deadline that administrative saving is worth more than the two days you might shave elsewhere.
View Classic Beanie on Monday Merch
Structured 5 Panel Basebal

Durable cotton drill with an adjustable fit, in 11 colourways. The page describes it as decorated with digital transfer "for faster production and detailed, vibrant designs", which is the trade being made: transfer rather than embroidery is what buys the speed.
Structured means it holds its shape off the head, so it reads as professional kit rather than casual merch. The right choice for sports activations and outdoor brand programmes.
View Structured 5 Panel Baseball Cap on Monday Merch
Spectrum Embroidery Cap

100% chino cotton twill with an adjustable antique buckle closure, in 11 colourways. The distinguishing feature is unlimited-colour embroidery, which means a detailed logo can go on without being reduced to two or three thread colours.
Low-profile and relaxed rather than structured, so it suits lifestyle brands and creative teams. It is the most expensive cap here, and embroidery at full colour is what you are paying for.

Bags
Bags sit between apparel and accessories on lead time, and several come in under a week.
Product | Production | Min. qty | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
6 days | 15 | Conference bag at a six-day turnaround | |
5 days | 15 | Sports teams and event kit | |
7 days | 15 | Onboarding and remote-worker kits | |
7 days | 15 | Low shipping weight for mass distribution |
Maxi Tote Bag

Six business days for a conference tote is the number worth remembering, because the bag is usually what holds up an event order. Everything else in a delegate pack can be sourced quickly; the thing you carry it in normally cannot.
Minimum 15 pieces, so it works for a small breakout session as readily as a full conference.
View Maxi Tote Bag on Monday Merch
Duffel Bag

Built with 47% RCS-certified recycled canvas, in beige, black, green and navy. Five business days, which for a bag of this size is genuinely unusual.
The use case is narrower than a tote but the perceived value is far higher. A duffel reads as equipment rather than a giveaway, which makes it work for sports teams, long-service recognition and small leadership groups where per-head spend is deliberate.
View Duffel Bag on Monday Merch
Essential Laptop Backpack

100% recycled polyester, in anthracite, black and navy. Seven business days, minimum 15.
For new-hire kits this is the item that holds everything else, and the one recipients keep using daily for years. If an onboarding programme has a single anchor product, a backpack is usually the correct one.
View Essential Laptop Backpack on Monday Merch
Lightweight Foldable Backpack

Eight colourways and a fold-flat construction. The advantage is not the bag, it is the shipping. Weight and volume are what make mass distribution expensive, and a foldable pack costs a fraction of a rigid one to send to a few hundred addresses.
For events where the bag is handed out on site, or any programme shipping to individual homes, the landed cost difference against the Essential Laptop Backpack is substantial.

Drinkware
The most requested category for urgent programmes, and one of the best served. Everything here is seven days or under except the Sleek Bottle.
Product | Production | Min. qty | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
7 days | 15 | Full-colour print on a transparent surface | |
8 days | 15 | RCS-certified recycled stainless steel | |
5 days | 15 | Highest volume at the lowest unit cost | |
7 days | 15 | Desk-level coffee cup | |
7 days | 15 | Office kitchens and café partnerships | |
5 days | 15 | A recognised brand in five days | |
7 days | 15 | Larger capacity, modern silhouette |
Glass Bottle · 550 ml

Glass is the drinkware choice when the standard metal bottle feels too conventional. Full-colour printing on a transparent surface creates a depth that opaque alternatives cannot replicate, and it photographs considerably better, which matters if the programme is also a content moment.
Seven business days. The visual quality is the reason to pick it over something cheaper that produces just as fast.
View Glass Bottle · 550 ml on Monday Merch
Sleek Bottle · 500 ml

RCS-certified recycled stainless steel, which means the sustainability claim is a certification rather than a marketing line. For urgent programmes where the brief is quality, sustainability and brand visibility at once, this covers all three.
At eight days it is the slowest item in this section, so order it alongside the apparel rather than after it.
View Sleek Bottle · 500 ml on Monday Merch
Basic Sport Bottle · 500 ml

Recyclable MDPE, made in the UK, dishwasher safe, in white, black and blue. Five business days.
This is the bottle for the situation where everyone needs one and the budget is per-head rather than per-gift: race packs, festival distributions, school and university programmes. It will not impress a client, and it is not trying to.
View Basic Sport Bottle · 500 ml on Monday Merch
Sleek Tumbler · 300 ml

Certified recycled materials, packed in a sustainable kraft box, in blue, black, white and silver. The kraft box matters more than it sounds: it means the item arrives presentable without you sourcing separate packaging.
300 ml is deliberately desk-sized. A tumbler lives next to a keyboard rather than in a bag, which is a different kind of brand exposure from a sports bottle.
View Sleek Tumbler · 300 ml on Monday Merch
Glass Coffee Cup

360 ml premium borosilicate glass, BPA-free and plastic free, with a secure grip and a lid vent. Dishwasher safe, which is the specification that decides whether a cup survives an office kitchen.
Only available in brown, so this is a product you choose for its material rather than for brand colour matching. Best where the cup itself is the statement: sustainability-led programmes, café partnerships, offices phasing out disposables.
View Glass Coffee Cup on Monday Merch
Stanley Everyday Camp Mug

Five business days for a product carrying a brand people already recognise and buy for themselves. Co-branded items normally sit at the long end of the catalogue, which makes this one of the genuinely unusual entries on the list.
The Stanley name does the work on perceived value, so your branding sits as a mark rather than as the point. That is the right trade for a thank-you and the wrong one for a visibility campaign.
View Stanley Everyday Camp Mug on Monday Merch
Contemporary Bottle · 575 ml

RPET at 66% recycled content, with FSC-certified packaging, in black, white and green. At 575 ml it is the largest-capacity bottle here.
Capacity is the most consistently cited criterion among people who actually carry a branded bottle daily. If the programme is wellness or active-lifestyle, the extra volume over a 500 ml alternative is the deciding specification.

Tech
Branded tech carries the highest perceived value per euro in the catalogue, and several options produce in under a week.
Product | Production | Min. qty | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
7 days | 15 | Conference kits and event tech packs | |
5 days | 15 | The fastest tech item here | |
7 days | 15 | Desk charging with a premium feel | |
5 days | 15 | Co-branded premium in five days | |
7 days | 10 | Top-tier recipient gifting | |
6 days | 15 | Audio without the long lead time |
4000 mAh Powerbank

Made from RCS-certified recycled aluminium, which keeps the sustainability story intact on an item people normally expect to be the least sustainable thing in the box.
Seven business days. For conference kits a powerbank is the item delegates use during the event rather than after it, which is a rare property in branded tech and the reason it consistently outperforms its unit cost.
View 4000 mAh Powerbank on Monday Merch
3-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger

Charges a phone, a smartwatch and earbuds at once, which is the specification that turns a charger from a commodity into something a recipient actually chooses to keep on their desk.
Five business days, minimum 15. The fastest tech product on this list, and the one to reach for when a premium gift decision has come through late.
View 3-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger on Monday Merch
Magnetic Wireless 15W Charger

The simpler sibling of the 3-in-1, at roughly half the unit price. 15W magnetic charging covers the phone and nothing else.
Choose it when the programme is large enough that the per-unit difference matters more than the extra functions, which is usually any distribution above a hundred people.
View Magnetic Wireless 15W Charger on Monday Merch
Apple AirTag

Five business days for an Apple product is the entry on this list most likely to surprise you. For premium gifting under a deadline it carries recognised value with no explanation required.
The low unit weight also keeps shipping economical across many addresses, which is rarely true of gifts at this perceived value.
View Apple AirTag on Monday Merch
Sony Headphones

The minimum order here is 10 pieces, the lowest on the entire list. That is the detail worth knowing: it makes a genuinely premium gift viable for a leadership team or a shortlist of key clients without committing to a volume you do not need.
Seven business days. This is executive gifting rather than event merch, and the budget should be planned per recipient rather than per head.
View Sony Headphones on Monday Merch
Fresh 'n Rebel Twins Fuse Earbuds

Six colourways including lilac, pastel pink and dried green, which is a wider and less corporate palette than branded audio usually offers.
Branded audio normally sits well outside a rush window, so six business days is the headline. A middle option between a charger and full headphones when the gift needs to feel considered without reaching executive budget.

Food, drink and gifting
The fastest category in the catalogue. Several items produce in four to six business days, which makes them the fallback when everything else has run out of runway. Read the customization notes carefully, because three of the strongest options cannot carry your logo at all.
Product | Production | Min. qty | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
4 days | 15 | Fastest item on the list, not customizable | |
8 days | 15 | The customizable Tony's | |
6 days | 15 | Shared office gifting | |
6 days | 15 | Wellness programmes and sports kits | |
6 days | 25 | Your logo printed on the chocolate itself | |
5 days | 15 | Fits a letterbox, so no delivery slot needed | |
6 days | 15 | Premium feel at six days | |
6 days | 25 | Celebrations and milestones, EU delivery only |
Small Bar Tony's Chocolonely

Four business days, the fastest standard production time in the catalogue, and a brand with a genuine ethical position rather than a marketing one. You are giving people something they might have bought themselves.
The catch is on the product page in plain terms: this product is not customizable. Your branding has to come from what surrounds it, so budget for a card, coloured filling or a printed box alongside. The page also warns that warm weather may delay delivery.
View Small Bar Tony's Chocolonely on Monday Merch
Full Colour Wrap Tony's Chocolonely · Small

Worth understanding the difference between this and the plain bar above it. The plain version produces in four business days but cannot be branded at all.
This is the one with a full-colour custom wrapper, and it costs four extra days for that. If the branding has to be on the chocolate rather than beside it, this is the entry you want.
View Full Colour Wrap Tony's Chocolonely · Small on Monday Merch
Celebrations Mix Box

A mixed box removes a decision you cannot make well on someone else’s behalf. Any single confectionery choice misses a chunk of your audience, and the person who does not like dark chocolate notices that you got it wrong.
The product page is explicit that logo printing and branded sleeves are not available on this item, so it arrives in manufacturer’s retail packaging. That makes it a good shared item for a kitchen or reception desk and a poor choice for anything that needs to feel individual or branded.
View Celebrations Mix Box on Monday Merch
Barebells Bar

Six business days, in multiple flavour variants. The food item for wellness programmes, sports event kits and active-lifestyle audiences where a chocolate bar would read as off-brief.
Variety across flavours lets you personalise the food element of a kit without the longer windows that custom-packaged food requires.
View Barebells Bar on Monday Merch
Choco Logos Giftbox

The answer to the limitation that affects most of this section. Here the logo is applied directly onto the chocolate rather than onto packaging around it, which is why it earns a place alongside faster but unbrandable alternatives.
Available as ChocoGiftbox 9 or ChocoGiftbox 16. Minimum 25 pieces, which is higher than most of this list but still within reach of a single team.
View Choco Logos Giftbox on Monday Merch
Letterbox Cake

Five business days, and it solves a logistics problem rather than a production one. Anything requiring a signature or a delivery slot fails when you are shipping to home addresses and nobody is in.
A letterbox format removes the failed-delivery cycle entirely. On a tight deadline that is worth more than shaving a day off production, because a redelivery costs you three.
View Letterbox Cake on Monday Merch
Rituals Small Gift Set

Premium gifts normally sit at fifteen or twenty business days, which puts them out of reach the moment a deadline tightens. Six days for something carrying real retail presence is the exception that makes a late VIP or client gifting decision survivable.
The brand communicates quality independently of whatever branding you apply, so the gift still lands as considered even when the programme behind it was assembled in a hurry.
View Rituals Small Gift Set on Monday Merch
Ponte Villoni Prosecco

Six business days, minimum 25. Positioned for hospitality, client wins and milestone moments rather than everyday gifting.
Two constraints to plan around. The bottle cannot be branded, so your logo goes on a gift box, a glass or a card beside it. And the page states this item can only be shipped within the EU, which rules it out of any programme covering the UK or the US. Flag home and international addresses when you request the quote.

Packaging and unboxing
Packaging is the thing teams specify last and the thing that most often blows the timeline. A full-colour printed box runs to roughly eighteen business days. These are the options that do not.
Product | Production | Min. qty | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
4 days | 15 | A branded box in four business days | |
4 days | 15 | The base for a sticker build | |
5 days | 15 | Turns a plain box into a branded one | |
5 days | 15 | Recycled fill in your brand colours | |
7 days | 15 | Premium texture for gift boxes | |
4 days | 15 | The lightest shipping option here |
Stamped Mailer Box

Four business days for branded packaging, against roughly eighteen for a full-colour printed box. A single-colour logo stamp on a kraft exterior will not win a design award, but it converts a plain shipping carton into something that reads as deliberate.
For event kits, client gifts and onboarding packs assembled under pressure, this is what keeps the unboxing from looking like an afterthought.
View Stamped Mailer Box on Monday Merch
Plain Box

Custom-sized, in white or kraft, at well under two euro a unit. On its own it is nothing; paired with the sticker below it is the cheapest route to branded packaging in the catalogue.
Four business days. The sensible default when the budget has gone on the contents and the box still needs to look intentional.
View Plain Box on Monday Merch
Sticker for Plain Box

The cheapest and fastest route to branded packaging there is. A quality sticker on a clean plain box costs a fraction of custom printing and lands within five business days.
Pair it with the Plain Box above at four days and you have a complete branded package for less than a week of production.
View Sticker for Plain Box on Monday Merch
Paper Filling

Recycled paper fill in a colour matching your brand or the season. It is the least glamorous item in the catalogue and it does more for a rushed gift box than anything else at this price.
Filling is what separates products rattling around in transit from a package that looks assembled on purpose.
View Paper Filling on Monday Merch
Wood Wool Filling

The step up from paper fill. Wood wool reads as considerably more premium in the hand and in a photograph, which makes it the better choice when the box itself is plain and the filling is doing the presentation work.
Pricing varies by colour and weight, so specify both when requesting a quote rather than assuming a flat rate.
View Wood Wool Filling on Monday Merch
Stamped Kraft Mailer Bag

Four business days, with branding applied as a stamp. A mailer bag weighs a fraction of a box, and on a few hundred individual addresses that difference is the largest single saving available in a rush programme.
The trade is protection. Use it for apparel, stickers and flat items, not for glass or ceramics.
View Stamped Kraft Mailer Bag on Monday Merch
Stationery, print and events
The supporting cast. Cheap, fast, and usually the difference between a complete kit and an incomplete one.
Product | Production | Min. qty | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
6 days | 50 | Coloured edges, onboarding kits | |
7 days | 15 | The highest-volume giveaway here | |
7 days | 15 | A recognised brand for senior gifting | |
7 days | 15 | Conference essential | |
7 days | 100 | Pairs with the lanyard, cheapest item here | |
5 days | 15 | Most configurable item on the list |
Color-edge Notebook

A5 hardcover with an elastic closure, a bookmark ribbon and responsibly sourced cream pages. The coloured edge is the detail that makes it look designed rather than ordered from a catalogue.
The minimum here is 50 rather than 15, which is the highest in this section. Worth checking against your headcount before you build a kit around it.
View Color-edge Notebook on Monday Merch
Classic Pen

An aluminium body in 22 colourways with black or blue ink. The economics are the story: under two euro a unit at 250 pieces and up.
Nobody is delighted by a branded pen, and nobody throws one away either. It is the item that fills out a kit and the one you order when a stand needs something to hand out for three days.
View Classic Pen on Monday Merch
Parker Ballpen

Roughly twice the price of the Classic Pen and a different proposition entirely. Parker is a name recipients recognise, which moves a pen out of the giveaway category and into something that can sit on a desk as a gift.
Eight colourways, minimum 15. Appropriate for client meetings, signings and senior recognition where a small object needs to carry weight.
View Parker Ballpen on Monday Merch
Full Colour Lanyard

For a conference or festival a lanyard is not a discretionary giveaway, it is a functional necessity, and running out of badge carriers is a visible failure on the day.
Seven business days, with full-colour printing across the webbing rather than a single-colour approximation of your identity. Available in several widths.
View Full Colour Lanyard on Monday Merch
Lanyard Badge Holder

At €0.33 a unit this is the least expensive product on the entire list, available in two ID holder formats.
The minimum is 100 pieces, which is the highest minimum in this section but trivially met by any event that needs lanyards in the first place. Order it in the same breath as the lanyard; ordering one without the other is the classic event-week mistake.
View Lanyard Badge Holder on Monday Merch
Die-Cut Stickers

Cut to the shape of your design, with a choice of contour, square, circle or rounded corners, and finishes in matte, glossy, holographic, transparent, metallic or mirror. Default size 5 x 5 cm.
Five business days, and the price collapses with volume: from €4.29 a unit at 15 pieces to €1.43 at 50. For laptop-sticker culture, product packaging or a last-minute brand moment, nothing else on this list offers this much control for this little.

Ready-made gift packs
If the deadline is genuinely tight, a pre-built pack removes the kitting step entirely. The trade is control: these pages do not itemise their contents, so ask for the current pack list when you request a quote.
For Christmas specifically, our Christmas packs page covers the seasonal versions and what is still reachable this year.
Product | Production | Min. qty | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
7 days | 25 | Pre-built, nothing to assemble | |
7 days | 50 | Premium tier at the same speed | |
7 days | 100 | Core items in a single SKU at volume | |
7 days | 15 | Built for exactly this situation |
Just on Time Classic Gift Pack

The names are not subtle and neither is the use case. These packs exist because a multi-item gift normally runs on the slowest component plus a kitting allowance, and under deadline pressure that compound maths is what sinks programmes.
A pre-built pack collapses all of it into one SKU at seven business days, minimum 25. You lose the ability to tailor the contents. You gain certainty, which on a hard date is usually the better trade.
View Just on Time Classic Gift Pack on Monday Merch
Just on Time Premium Gift Pack

The step up from the Classic, at roughly two and a half times the unit price and a minimum of 50 rather than 25.
The speed is identical, so the choice is purely about recipient and budget. This is the tier for clients and senior stakeholders rather than a company-wide send.
View Just on Time Premium Gift Pack on Monday Merch
Express Essentials Gift Pack

The volume option, with a minimum of 100 pieces and per-unit pricing that keeps improving to 2,500.
For a large distribution where everyone gets the same thing and nobody has time to assemble it, this is the entry that scales. Below a hundred recipients, the Classic pack is the better fit.
View Express Essentials Gift Pack on Monday Merch
Fashionably Late Gift Pack

"Even if you’re late your gift won’t" is the product page’s own line, and it is the most expensive pack here by some distance at a minimum of only 15 pieces.
That combination is the point: a small number of high-value recipients, decided late. Where the Express Essentials pack solves volume, this one solves a short list of people who matter and a date you have already missed once.

How to order fast with Monday Merch
Lead with your in-hands date rather than your product shortlist. Tell the sales team the date, the destination country and the headcount, and they will come back with what is actually reachable instead of what looks good in a catalogue.
Two structural fixes are worth raising at the same time, because they stop this happening again. Warehousing lets you produce in a quiet month and hold stock for release on demand, which separates the production clock from the delivery clock entirely. A team store or redeem links pushes size selection and address collection onto the recipient, which removes the single biggest delay in any apparel order.
For multi-address sends, our guide to managing inventory and fulfilment under pressure covers what tends to go wrong once the boxes leave the building.
FAQs
What is the fastest branded product Monday Merch can produce?
Several items produce in four business days: the Small Bar Tony’s Chocolonely, the Plain Box, the Stamped Mailer Box and the Stamped Kraft Mailer Bag. Note that the plain Tony’s bar is not customizable, so branding on that one has to come from the packaging around it.
How fast can I get custom branded clothing?
Eight business days for almost all apparel, with one exception: the Softshell Jacket at seven. That eight-day floor applies to t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, beanies and caps alike, so apparel sets the pace for any mixed order it appears in.
Does a rush order cost more?
The products on this list are priced within standard catalogue pricing, because the speed is built into the product specification rather than applied as a surcharge. The separate Express option, where offered, is two days faster for a 10 per cent service fee.
Can I mix fast and standard products in one order?
Yes, and Monday Merch will coordinate dispatch so the slowest item does not hold up the rest where the brief allows staggered delivery. If everything has to land on one date, the slowest product sets that date for the whole order.
Does production start when I request a quote?
No. Free designs and a quote come back within 24 hours, but the production clock starts at design approval. Budget your own internal sign-off separately, because no supplier can shorten that stage for you.
How much shipping time should I add?
Roughly 1 to 2 business days for the Netherlands, 2 to 3 for Germany and the United Kingdom, and 3 to 5 for the United States. Always confirm on the product page with your destination selected, because the delivery estimate shown there is the one that counts.
