Success Story
How Multiplier turned swag into one global system
Multiplier hires, pays and manages talent in more than 150 countries, so its brand has to show up everywhere its people are. Since December 2025, Monday Merch has run its swag as a single system across four regions, covering employee gifting, field events and team kits.

Swag Platform
Multiplier is a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay and manage people almost anywhere without setting up a local entity. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in New York, it covers Employer of Record, Contractor of Record, global payroll, immigration and localized benefits.
The Challenge
Multiplier does not have one home office, and it does not have one swag owner either. Social, communications and growth marketing all need it, alongside regional HR teams running their own employee moments.
That makes one-off ordering expensive and slow. Once the internal collection launched, requests came in faster than stock could support, from teams wanting items for themselves, for partners and for clients.
The products had to clear a high bar too. The team did not want the usual conference giveaway. They wanted items good enough to survive the flight home and stay in use.

“It should feel like you would be proud to take it with you in your day-to-day life.”
What we did
We run Multiplier's swag as one system across four regions. Production, warehousing and fulfilment sit in the EU. The US handles local event and employee swag. India covers high-volume employee gifting. China gives us direct sourcing for custom and scaled programmes.
That model powers three programmes at once: mid-year employee gifting worldwide, event swag across the EU, US, UK, Australia and China, and team kits for a distributed group produced locally and fulfilled internationally.
The Result
The ordering data backs the instinct. Portable, useful products consistently outperform novelty items. The most ordered pieces are the ones people can carry: over 1,100 branded stickers, the Premium Oversized T-Shirt, laptop camera covers, earbuds and the employee box.
The pattern shows up at events too. In London, bright socks flew off the stand. A cleaning spray set added to one run on a hunch became a 300-unit reorder soon after.
The team also tiers what they give away. Totes go to anyone who wants one, treated as walking brand awareness. Premium items like earbuds are reserved for prospects who scan a badge.
What started as one-off requests scattered across teams now runs as a single system across four regions, ready for the next region to plug into.
