Helpful service and great product! We reached out to Monday Merch to order swag ahead of our company onsite, they were very helpful in the process of picking out items and helping us nail the design. When there was a production delay, they offered us express shipping free of charge to ensure we received the swag in time for our event and even sent out some extra stock for free. My only gripe is with the quote platform, there were some technical issues that made submitting the order difficult, leading to having to confirm the same input via email multiple times, so that could've gone better. Aside from that, we're very happy with the process and would purchase from Monday Merch again.
