Mission

Our mission is clear and simple: lead the industry with our customer focused, full-service, creative and tech driven approach. To transform the way companies source and manage merchandise, making it not only easier and faster, but also more sustainable and responsible. We believe great merchandise should enhance brand value without compromising on quality, ethics, or the environment.

Monday Merch is committed to reducing its environmental impact and building a more sustainable future by minimising waste, conserving resources, and preventing pollution in all our operations. As part of this commitment, we are committed to fulfilling all relevant compliance obligations, including environmental laws, regulations and voluntary commitments. We actively identify and manage risks to prevent pollution and uphold the highest standards of environmental responsibility.

Looking Ahead

In 2024 and early 2025, Monday Merch laid the groundwork for becoming a more sustainable, responsible, and quality-driven company. This report marks our first official sustainability report, a milestone that reflects not only our progress, but also our growing commitment to transparency and accountability.

While 2024 was the year we initiated many key actions, the bulk of our implementation, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification, emissions tracking development, and supplier due diligence, took place in early 2025. Therefore, this report covers the period from January 2024 to June 2025, covering our first phase of sustainability work.

We see this as a foundational stage: building systems, mapping risks, earning certifications, and starting to track the metrics that matter. As we move forward, we’ll shift from setup to integration, embedding sustainability into everyday decision-making and operations.

This report sets our baseline and gives a clear picture of where we started, what we’ve done so far, and how we’re preparing to move ahead with purpose and measurable impact.

We are proud of our progress, but clear-eyed about how far we still have to go. As we grow, we commit to staying honest, critical, and ambitious.
