They listened and actioned every design idea I had and went out of their way to help find items that were not on their website (at the time). I even wanted a specific color they didn't have in stock & they were able to attain it without any problem. We now have wonderful Merch packs for our current & future employees as well as small packs we can send out at a moments notice for our contractors all over Europe! Everything was clear, detail-oriented and fast. I highly recommend them for all businesses looking for customizable merch packs! Thanks again!
