Working with Monday Merch, especially Florian & Gianni, has been wonderful! They listened and actioned every design idea I had and went out of their way to help find items that were not on their website (at the time). I even wanted a specific color they didn't have in stock & they were able to attain it without any problem. We now have wonderful Merch packs for our current & future employees as well as small packs we can send out at a moments notice for our contractors all over Europe! Everything was clear, detail-oriented and fast. I highly recommend them for all businesses looking for customizable merch packs! Thanks again!

Good customer service and communication. The products received are great and the customer service excellent - very good communication. I had to mark down as i had a very difficult experience actually placing the order, the website could be better. All products arrived promptly in the Uk with a short turn around time so very happy.
