Super service en geweldig product! We hebben contact opgenomen met Monday Merch om swag te bestellen voorafgaand aan ons bedrijfsevent op locatie. Ze waren erg behulpzaam bij het uitkiezen van de items en hielpen ons om het ontwerp helemaal perfect te krijgen. Toen er vertraging was in de productie, boden ze ons gratis expresverzending aan om er zeker van te zijn dat we de swag op tijd voor ons evenement zouden ontvangen en stuurden ze zelfs gratis wat extra voorraad mee. Mijn enige minpuntje is het offerteplatform; er waren wat technische problemen die het indienen van de bestelling lastig maakten, waardoor we dezelfde gegevens meerdere keren via e-mail moesten bevestigen, dus dat had beter gekund. Afgezien daarvan zijn we erg blij met het proces en zouden we zeker weer bij Monday Merch bestellen.
