It's getting tight: early November still allows some custom merch if you act fast. By week 3, it's pre-made gifts and simple items only. No logos, no complex kits.
ARRIVES AFTER CHRISTMAS DAY
Turn it into a New Year gift pack.
Give the option to choose! Order after everyone made their choice and delivery in January as a New year gift pack. Think of motivating, cool items for the start of a awesome New year.

Only in-stock, no branding.
Custom logos are off the table. Think ready-to-ship items: snacks, drinks, or gifts. If it's not packed already, it won't make it.
